大隐静脉曲张三种术式术后皮下出血分析

目的:探讨大隐静脉曲张术后皮下出血的原因及对策。方法:回顾我院2002～2005年可随访到的大隐静脉曲张患者111例,按术式分为3组:传统组、激光组、激光加旋切组,采用卡方检验分析3组资料的一般情况及术后皮下出血发生率有无差别。结果:一般资料除患病时程外3组无统计学差别,其中激光组患病时程少于10年者最多,达74.19%。术后皮下出血发生率传统组11.48%(7/61),激光组16.13%(5/31),激光加旋切组47.37%(9/19)。激光加旋切组与传统组?激光组术后皮下出血发生率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),传统组与激光组术后皮下出血发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:激光加旋切组与传统组和激光组术后皮下出血发生率存在差别,传统组与激光组之间术后皮下出血率无明显差别,激光加旋切术有小切口、大创伤的特点,术中无法及时加压是其术后皮下出血发生率高的关键,其预防需综合性措施。
