摘    要:目的探讨解冻温度对生化干粉质控品测定结果的影响。方法将干粉质控品复溶后进行分装,并置-20℃冷冻保存;次日取出分成3组分别在37℃、24℃(室温)、4℃下解冻后测试。结果个别指标在实验室可以控制的3种温度下进行解冻存在一定的差异;但其CV值基本都能控制在5%以内。尤其在室温24℃下进行解冻,各项指标的变异度(<5%)表现得极为稳定。结论分装冷冻保存的生化干粉质控品进行解冻时,选择室温温度较为合理。

Abstract:Objective It is to discuss the influence of defrosting temperature on biochemistry dry powder quality control products detected results.Methods Dry powder quality control products were stuffed respectively after dissolved again and were preserved at-20 ℃ refrigeratory.At the next day,they were taken out and divided into three groups.The three groups were defrosted at 37 ℃,24 ℃ and 4 ℃ respectively and then were detected.Results There was definite difference on individual index among the three temperatures,but the CV values were all controlled within 5%.Especially,the variability of the indexes(<5%) showed very stable when the quality control products were defrosted at ordinary temperature 24 ℃.Conclusion When the biochemistry dry powder quality control products which are stuffed and preserved at refrigeratory are defrosted,ordinary temperature is reasonable to be chosen.
