T形支撑接骨板治疗桡骨远端骨折

目的：探讨T形支撑接骨板治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法将58例桡骨远端骨折患者，随机分为两组，每组29例。对照组患者采用常规手法复位，实验组患者采用T形支撑接骨板治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果。结果实验组患者术后成功率为96.55%，术后腕关节僵硬的发生率为3.45%，明显高于对照组的62.07%和37.93%（P〈0.05）。实验组患者治疗优良率93.10%明显高于对照组的51.72%（P〈0.05）。结论T形支撑接骨板治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效确切，可保持腕关节功能，值得临床进一步推广应用。

T-shaped support plate in treatment of distal radius fractures

Objective To study the clinical effect of T-shaped support plate in the treatment of distal radius fractures.Methods 58 cases of distal radius fractures were randomly divided into two groups, 29 cases for each group. Control group patients with conventional and manipulative, experimental group patients treated with t-shaped support plate, compared two groups of patients therapeutic effect.Results The experimental group of postoperative patients with a success rate were 96.55%, wrist stiff as the incidence of postoperative were 3.44%, significantly higher than the control group 62.07% and 37.93%（P＆lt;0.05）. The experimental group excellent and good rate were 93.10% significantly higher than the control group 51.72%（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of distal radius fracture by T-shaped support plate exactly, wrist protection feature, worthy of further clinical application.
