比较研究经腹腔镜和经阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术的疗效

目的比较研究经腹腔镜和经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术的疗效。方法选取我院2011年2月至2013年2月子宫肌瘤住院患者60例,随机分为试验组与对照组,各30例,试验组使用经腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术,对照组使用经阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术,比较两组患者的疗效。结果试验组与对照组患者的子宫肌瘤大小相比,差异结果不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;试验组患者的手术时间、手术出血量、术后肛门排气时间和术后住院时间明显优于对照组,差异结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤大小在4⁹ cm采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗效果明显优于采用经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗效果,更具有临床应用价值。

Clinical Effect Comparison between Laparoscopic Myomectomy and Vaginal Myomectomy

Objective To compare the clinical effects between laparoscopic myomectomy and vaginal myomectomy.Method 60 patients with fibroids were chosen and randomly divided into 2 groups both with 30 cases. Experiment group was given laparoscopic myomectomy while control group was given vaginal myomectomy. Clinical effects of the 2 groups were compared.Result No statistical difference existed between sizes of fibroids of the 2 groups （P＆gt;0.05）. Operation time, bleeding amount, postoperative anal exhaust time and postoperative hospital stays of experiment group was obvious superior to control group（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy is much better than vaginal myomectomy in clinical effect when the size of fibroid is between 4 and 9 cm and it has more clinical application value.
