中西医结合治疗对慢性前列腺炎疗效的影响研究

目的探讨中西医结合治疗对慢性前列腺炎疗效的影响。方法选择慢性前列腺炎患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组给予左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组在此基础上加用癃清片治疗,观察两组临床效果。结果观察组的总有效率为90%,对照组的总有效率为64%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性前列腺炎采用左氧氟沙星联合癃清片中西医结合治疗效果良好,可明显改善患者的临床症状,值得借鉴。

Influence of Therapy on Chronic Prostatitis with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective TCM and WM combined treatment effect on chronic prostatitis. Methods 100 chronic prostatitis patients, randomly divided into the observation group and 50 cases in the control group. The control group received the treatment of levofloxacin, on the basis of the observation group plus longqingpian treatment, observe the clinical effect of two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 90%, control group in the total efficiency of 64%, there were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chronic prostatitis with levofloxacin combined longqingpian combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment effect is good, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, is worthy of reference.
