伴中央颞区棘波的儿童良性癫痫的临床与脑电图特征

目的 探讨伴中央颞区棘波放电的BECT的临床及脑电图特征。方法 对46例BECT患者的临床及EEG资料进行分析。结果 本组发病年龄为2.5～12.5岁,31例发作与睡眠密切相关,8例于睡眠和觉醒时均有发作,24例表现为部分性发作,13例为部分性发作继发全身性发作,发作间期脑电图均有一侧或双侧中央和（或）中颞区尖波或棘波,清醒脑电图阳性率32.60%,睡眠脑电图阳性率84.78%。结论 BECT是与年龄相关的癫痫综合征,认识其临床和EEG演变的特点及规律,可提高对BECT的诊断率。

Clinical and Electroencephalographic Characteristics of Benign Childhood Epilepsy with Centrotemporal Spikes

Objective To investigate the clinical and electroencephalographic characteristics of benign childhood epilepsy with centrutemporal spikes. Methods Clinical and electroencephalographic data of 46 BECT patients were analyzed. Results The age of these BECT children were from 2.5 to 12.5 years. The EEG shows 31 children were actived at sleep, 8 children were actived both at sleep and at awake. 24 children were only partial actived, 13 children were partial actived followed activiting at every pore. During activiting EEG of all 46 BECT children showed unilateral or beth sides sharp waves or spikes in the center and or in centrotemporal. The positive rate of EEG were 32.60% when children awaked and 84.78% at sleep. Conclusion BECT is an age related epilepsy syndrome. To know the clinical and EEG characteristics and rules of BECT may increase the correct rate of diagnose.
