| 摘 要： | 用聚合酶链式反应－限制性片段长度多态性（ＰＣＲ－ＲＦＬＰ）技术检测８例胃癌及１例正常胃组织Ｐ５３基因有２４９密码子点突变，结果未发现异常，提示Ｐ５３基因第７外显子第２４９密码子点突变不是本地区胃癌Ｐ５３基因突变的常见类型。

| Abstract: | Point mutations at codon 249 of P53 gene from eight sugically resected gastriccancers and one normal gastric tissue were studied by PCR-RFLP. No point mutations atcodon 249 were observed in any of the samples examined,suggesting that point mutation atcodon 249 of P53 gene is not a frequent event in the gene abnormalities of gastric cancer. |
