摘    要:本文以造船业高温作业分级标准规定,采用室内外温差、劳动时间率指标,参照环境辐射热强度,对某船厂16个高温岗位进行分级调查,结果是:Ⅱ级占12.5%,Ⅲ级占62.5%,Ⅳ占25.0%,未见Ⅰ级,研究为船厂高温作业分级管理提供了科学依据,并提示船体、铸锻车间中10个作业岗位是预防高温危害的重点。

Abstract:Contrasted with the standard of the gradiation of high-temperature operation posts in shipyards,the grades of 16 operation posts in a shyard were evaluated acording to their difference between indoor and outdoor temperature, intensity of radiant heat and indux of wording time ratio.The results revealed that among these posts 12.5% were of Ⅱ grade,62.5% of Ⅲ grade and 25% of Ⅳ grade.The invastigation provides a scientific basis for gradiational administration of the high-temperature operation posts in the shipyard and it is suggested that 10 operation posts in the ship-bodv wordshop and casting wordshop should be the focal points for prevention of heat risk.
