| 摘 要： | 本文报告１３例胃毛霉菌感染的临床表现及胃镜检查所见，并结合文献进行分析，胃毛霉菌感染较少，其临床表现有：上腹痛加剧，发作频繁，且无规律性；出血增多。胃镜下溃疡较大，有污秽苔或脓苔。合并霉菌感染的良性溃疡难以和恶性溃疡鉴别。

| Abstract: | The clinical manifestations and the findings in gastroscopy of 13 patients with gastric mucormycosis were described and discused.In spite of low incidence, gastric mucormycosis had various clinical features:frequently severe epigastric pain with no regularity and more common bleeding complication.Gastroscopy presented large ulcer with dirty of purulent surface.It is difficult to distinguish benig ulcer with mucorycosis from malignant one. |
