| 摘 要： | 我们采用放射免疫分析法测定小鼠肝脏及肿瘤组织中ｃＧＭＰ含量。实验动物分为３组，每组１０只：①正常组；②对照组，皮下注射生理盐水０．２ｍｌ／鼠·天；③给药组，皮下注５－ＦＵ０．２ｍｌ／鼠·天（２０毫克／公斤），连续给药１３天，肺腺瘤肿瘤生长抑制率为３０％。３组小鼠ｃＧＭＰ水平各组之间无显著差异。

EFFECTS OF 5-FLUOROURACIL ON CYCLIC GMP LEVEL OF THE LUNG ADENOCARCINOMA IN MICE |

| Abstract: | The contents of cGMPin mouse liver and tumor tissue were determined by radioimmunoassay Experimental animals were divided into three groups, 10 mice in each group :(1)normal group(2)control group in which physiological saline 0.2ml/mouse/day was injected subcutaneously ;(3)Treated group,in which 5-FU 0.2/mouse/day(20mg/kg) was injected subcutaneously for 13 days.The inhibitory rate of neoplasia grouth in mice with adenocarcinoma of lung was 30%.No significant differenc was found in cGMP liver beteen gruops. |
