膀胱粘膜下注射无水乙醇治疗表浅膀胱肿瘤61例

目的探讨表浅膀胱肿瘤治疗的新连径；方法用自制穿刺针在膀胱镜下穿入肿瘤基底部注入无水乙醇，使肿瘤基底粘膜高起、苍白，而后肿瘤发生坏死、脱落，同时设立开放手术对照组60例病人；结果经1～3次注射全部肿瘤坏死脱落，随诊6个月～3年，复发率18％，手术组60例，复发12例，复发率20％，两种治疗方法的复发率无明显差异(P>0．05)；结论此疗法疗效肯定，无严重并发症，方法简便，损伤小，费用低，是治疗表浅膀胱肿瘤的一种较好方法。

Sixty One Cases of Shallow Cysto- tumor Treated with Injection of Absolute Alcohol under Cysto-mucous Membrane

Objective To study the new way of treating shallow cysto-tumor.Methods Putting self -made acupuncture needle into the basic of tumor under cystoscope and injecting alcohol to the high pale basic tumor membrane so that the tumor became necrosis and fell off.At the same time 60 cases have been given open operations. Results After the patients have been given injection one to three times, all the tumors have become necrosis and fell off.After 6 months to three years visit, it has been found that the relapsal rate was 18%.60 cases of operating group of which 12 cases had a relapse and the relapsal rate was 20%.The relapsal rate with two methods had no obvious difference(P>0.05) . Conclusion This therapy is affirmative, easy, with no serious complications, less hurt and less cost.And it is a good method to treat shallow cysto-tumor.
