| 摘 要： | 目的 了解服刑罪犯的心理健康状况.方法 采用临床症状自评量表(SCL-90)对89名服刑罪犯进行团体测试,并用SPSS统计软件进行统计分析.结果 89名犯人心理健康各因分子及阳性项目数均显著高于正常人群(P＜0.01).尤以躯体化、抑郁、焦虑和精神病性项目评分为著.结论 服刑罪犯的心理健康状况存在明显的异常,提示应注意心理疏导和咨询工作.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the psychological health status of prisoners. Methods An investigation was conducted in 89 criminals using Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90). Statistical analyse was processed using the soft of SPSS. Results It was found that the scores of all the factors and the number of positive items were higher in prisoners than those in normal controls (P<0.01), especially in the subscalesof somatization, depression, anxiety and psychoticism. Conclusion The result indicated that the status of the psychological health of criminal was serious abnormal, which suggest that a special attention should be pay to prisoners on psychological dredging and counseling. |
