目的:阐明腧穴部位与其主治关系的规律性.方法:通过分析腧穴理论中的类穴(特定穴)、经络理论以及针灸歌赋中的配穴经验等,揭示隐含其中的前人对腧穴主治规律性的认识.结论:腧穴主治的特点和规律与腧穴部位相关.对腧穴主治规律的认识,古代针灸文献中主要体现在三方面内容,即:经络理论,腧穴理论,配穴经验.经脉是对纵向部位腧穴主治规律性的表达,类穴是对称部位腧穴主治规律性的表达.一般重视前者,后者因理论性较弱和间接性表达而被忽略.

Another symmetry--on the law of relation between locations and indications of acupoints

Objective To expound the law of relation between acupoint and its indications. Methods Analyze Lei points (specific points) in acupoint theory, theory of channels and collaterals, and experiences of acupoint combination in verse of acupuncture and moxibustion, and so on, to reveal recognition of ancient people on the law of acupoint indications. Conclusion The characteristics and the law of acupoint indications are correlated with acupoint region. For recognition of law of acupoint indications, ancient literature of acupuncture and moxibustion included mainly theory of channels and collaterals, theory of acupoints and experience of acupoint combination. Channels are expression of regularity of acupoint indications at vertical parts; and Lei points are expression of regularity of indications of symmetric parts. Generally speaking, the former is paid attention and the latter is neglected.
