摘    要:目的:观察槲皮素(Que)对大鼠离体心肌钙反常损伤的保护作用.方法:将大鼠离体心脏用Lan-gendorff灌流装置预灌注20min,无钙灌注15min,复钙灌注20min复制心肌钙反常模型.以维拉帕米(Ver)为对照,取冠脉流出液中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量、心电图及心肌电镜超微结构作为观察指标.结果:复钙灌注20min时,Que低、中、高三个剂量组冠脉流出液中LDH含量均比钙反常损伤组显著减少(P<0.01),降低率分别为75.8%,88,9%和91.1%.Ver对照组LDH含量也显著减少(P<0.01),其降低率为72.9%.Que实验组及Ver对照组的心律失常发生率明显降低,心肌超微结构损伤减轻.结论:Que可明显减轻心肌钙反常损伤,具有心肌保护作用.

Abstract:Objective:To observe the protective effect of quercetin(Que) on myocardial calcium paradox injury.Methods:Calcium paradox model was reproduced by perfusioning isolated rat hearts on Langendorff apparatus with KH for 20 min first,then Ca 2 -free KH for 10 min,and Ca 2 -containing containing KH for 20 min again.For comparision,the protective effect of Ver was also studied.The content of LDH in the liquid exfluxing from coronary artery,electrocardiogram and myocardial ultrastructure were observed.Result:Compared with the calcium paradox group,the contents of LDH of the three different doses Que groups and Ver group at 20 min after reperfusion significantly decreased( P <0.01) respectively by 75.8%,88.9%,91.1% and 72.9%.The incidence of arrhythmia of Que and Ver groups were also reduced markedly,and myocardial ultrastructure was well preserved.Conclusion:The fact that Que obviously alleviated calcium paradox injury suggests that it has good myocardioprotective actions.
