原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤8例报告并文献复习

目的探讨原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的临床特点、发病机制和治疗方法。方法报告我院8例原发性颅内淋巴瘤患者的临床表现、影像学病理学特征以及治疗方法,并结合文献进行分析讨论。结果原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤多发生于幕上,多位于深部白质,边界较清楚,单纯手术效果较差,术后联合放化疗能够有效延长患者生存时间。结论原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤为恶性颅内肿瘤,手术切除或者穿刺活检病理证实后,结合放化疗仍为延长患者生存期的主要治疗方法。

Primary central nervous system lymphoma:eight cases report and review of literatures

Objective To study the clinical feature, mechanism and treatment of primary central nervous system lymphoma. Methods To report clinical, radiological, pathological feature and method for treatment of eight patient with primary central nervous system lymphoma, and review literatures. Results Most of the lymphomas were in the supratentorial region and the deep white matter, had relatively distinct borders. The effects of mere operation was poor in most patients. The postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy could properly prolong the survival time. Conclusion Primary central nervous system lymphoma is a malignant neoplasm. After its diagnosis on pathological examination, the main treatment which can prolong survival time in the most patients were early operation combining with postoperative tadiotherapy and chemotherapy.
