血管生成因子VEGF和bFGF在异位内膜的表达

摘    要:目的 :检测血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)在子宫内膜异位症 (EM)异位内膜中的表达 ,探讨两种因子与EM发病机制的关系。方法 :收集EM患者的子宫内膜异位病灶组织 35例和正常子宫内膜 37例 ,采用免疫组织化学SP法分别测定VEGF及bFGF在内膜组织中的表达情况。结果 :①VEGF在异位内膜组的表达强度高于正常对照组 ,二者差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。②bFGF在EM患者异位内膜及正常子宫内膜中均有表达 ,表达强度差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。③VEGF和bFGF在EM患者异位内膜中的表达呈正相关关系。结论 :VEGF和bFGF在子宫内膜异位症的异位内膜均有表达 ,而二者均为促进血管生成的重要细胞因子 ,从而表明血管生成是EM发生发展中的一个重要环节

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the relationship of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) to endometriosis. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the VEGF and bFGF protein expression in the specimens of 35 cases with eutopic endometrium and 37 cases with normal endometrium. Results: The expression of VEGF in eutopic endometrium was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium(P< 0.05) . bFGF-positived cell was observed in both groups of endometrium. There were no significant differences(P> 0.05) . Conclusions: The pathogenesis and activity of endometriosis possibly depend on internal angiogenesis. Thus, VEGF and bFGF may play an important role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
