肝动脉化疗栓塞术对原发性肝癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

目的探讨肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)对原发性肝癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法对2005年3月至2006年4月在我科行TACE的肝癌患者于治疗前1d、治疗后1周和2周分别测定外周血T细胞亚群,进行比较,同时采用健康志愿者作为对照组进行治疗前比较。结果治疗前CD3 、CD4 、CD4 /CD8 水平较对照组显著降低,治疗后1周CD3 、CD4 、CD4 /CD8 水平均较治疗前略升高,但差异无统计学意义。治疗后2周CD3 、CD4 、CD4 /CD8 水平均较治疗前显著升高。结论肝癌患者细胞免疫功能处于抑制状态,TACE对细胞免疫功能影响较小,随着肿瘤负荷减小,细胞免疫功能显著提高。

Effect of TACE on T cell subsets in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To investigate the effect of TACE on T cell subsets of the patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods From March 2005 to April 2006,T cell subsets of 76 patients with HCC were measured one day before and one week and 2 weeks after TACE.The T cell subsets of the patients were compared with those of 25 healthy persons in the normal controls.Results Compared with control group,the levels of CD_3 ,CD_4 ,CD_4 /CD_8 were decreased significantly in patients with HCC before treatment.The levels of CD_3 ,CD_4 and CD_4 /CD_8 detected one week after TACE were higher than those before treatment,but no significant difference was found.While CD_3 ,CD_4 and CD_4 /CD_8 levels measured two weeks after TACE were significantly higher than those before treatment.Conclusion The cellular immune function of HCC patients is inhibited.TACE impairs considerably on cellular immune function of HCC patients.With the shrinkage of tumor burden,the cellular immune function is increased significantly.
