| 摘 要： | 目的:观察壮药土龙祛疣洗剂治疗面部扁平疣疗效。方法:选择患有面部扁平疣的患者60例,观察组30例采用壮药土龙祛疣洗剂熏洗患处配合搓揉手法;对照组30例用0.1%阿达帕林凝胶外涂治疗。结果:观察组的总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为66.67%,两组比较有显著性差异,χ2=6.895,P=0.032,P<0.05)。观察组无不良反应发生。结论:壮药土龙祛疣洗剂治疗面部扁平疣疗效肯定,值得我们进一步研究其作用机制,为临床提供有效安全的治疗手段。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the Earth Dragon Quyou Lotion of Zhuang medicine in treatment of facial flat wart effect.Methods:60 cases with facial flat wart were selected,30 cases in observation group were treated with Zhuang medicine Earth Dragon Quyou Lotion fumigating and washing the affected area with kneading manipulation;the control group with 30 cases were treated with 0.1% adapalene gel.Results:In the observation group,the total efficiency rate was 93.33% and for the control group,the total efficiency rate was 66.67%,the two groups had significant difference,χ2=6.895,P=0.032,P<0.05.The observation group had no adverse reaction.Conclusion:Zhuang medicine Earth Dragon Quyou Lotion for the treatment of facial flat wart has obvious curative effect,it is worthy of further studying its mechanism of action,clinical efficacy and safety. |
