“司揣内外”双重诊断体系刍议

"司揣内外"包含了"司外揣内"和"司内揣外"两个层面的意义,是一个完整的中医诊断过程,构成了一个双重诊断体系:空间层面上的有机统一诊断体系以及时间层面上的分段接续诊断体系。在空间层面上的有机统一诊断体系中,"司外揣内"和"司内揣外"可以互为逆向验证过程,二者是相互补充相互修正的有机统一体。在时间层面上的分段接续诊断体系中,相对于"司外揣内"来说,"司内揣外"应该是更高层次的中医诊断方法。

A Humble Opinion of Dual Diagnostic System of Conjecture of Exterior and Interior Events

The term conjecture of exterior and interior events is a complete diagnosis process,containing two meanings which are observing the interior to conjecture the external pathogenic factors and observing the exterior to conjecture the internal pathogenic factors.They form a dual diagnostic system,in the space level is organic whole diagnostic system,and in the time level is sectional continuity diagnostic system.The standpoint of the former is that observing the interior to conjecture the external pathogenic factors and observing the exterior to conjecture the internal pathogenic factors are negative directional verifying process each other,and the most important meaning of the latter is that observing the interior to conjecture the external pathogenic factors is a much higher TCM diagnostic procedure relative to observing the exterior to conjecture the internal pathogenic factors.
