痰热清注射液佐治鲍氏不动杆菌肺炎疗效观察

目的：探讨痰热清注射液佐治鲍氏不动杆菌肺炎的临床疗效。方法：将43例鲍氏不动杆菌肺炎患者按随机数字表法分为2组：治疗组21例和对照组22例。2组均常规给予敏感抗生素治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用疾热清注射液20mL静脉滴注，均治疗10d。结果：治疗组患者临床症状、体征消失时间较对照组明显缩短（P〈0.05）。治疗组总有效率857％，对照组637％，2组相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：痰热清注射液佐治鲍氏不动杆菌肺炎疗效明显优于单用抗生素常规治疗。

Tanreqing Injection in Adjunctive Therapy of Acinetobacter Baumannii Pneumonia

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effieaey of Tanreqing Injection in treatment of Aeinetobacter baumannii pneumonia. Methods ： 43 cases of Aeinetobaeter bacillus pneumonia were divided into 2 groups according to random number table： 21 cases of treatment group and 22 cases of control group. The two groups were routinely given the sensitive antibiotic treatment; treatment gronp on the basis of conventional therapy added Tanreqing Injection 20 mL. Both were trealed for 10 clays. Results ： In the treatment group, clinical symptoms and signs of disappearing lime were signifieanlly shorter than those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . The total effective rate in treatment group was 85.7%, and it was 63.7% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conchlsion ： Tanreqing Injection was significantly superior to the conventional treatment with antibiotics when treating Acinetobacler banmannii pneumonia.
