高效液相色谱法测定舒经通络丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量

目的:建立舒经通络丸中盐酸小檗碱的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为DikmaC18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(48∶52)(每1000 mL加磷酸二氢钾3.4 g、十二烷基硫酸钠1.7 g、磷酸0.25 mL)为流动相;检测波长为345 nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱在0.02～0.112μg间线性良好(r=0.9995,n=5)。回收率为99.2%,RSD=1.61%(n=6)。结论:方法简便,快速,准确,可作为该制剂的质控方法。

Deternination of Berberine in Shujing Tongluo Pill by HPLC

Objective:To establish an HPLC method for deternination of berberine in Shujing Tongluo Pill.Methods:A dikma colum(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used,with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(48∶ 52)(containing Potassium dihydrogen phosphate 3.4 g,Sodium lauryl sulfate 1.7 g,phosphorin acid 0.25 mL in 1000 mL).Detective wavelength was set at 345nm.Results:The linner ranges were 0.02~0.112 μg(r=0.9995,n=5)and the recovery was 99.2%,RSD=1.61%(n=6).Conclusion:The method was rapid,accurrate and suitable for the determination of berberine in Shujing Tongluo Pill.
