软通道结合中药分期治疗颅内血肿临床观察

目的:观察软通道血肿抽吸术结合中药分期治疗颅内血肿的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者经软通道血肿抽吸术治疗后,随机分为常规组、丹参组和分期中药组,3组均采用西医内科常规治疗方案。丹参组:在常规组治疗基础上选用丹参。分期中药组:在常规组治疗基础上按早、中、后期不同病程选用中药治疗,早期以利水消肿,活血止血;中期以益气解毒,活血化瘀;后期以补益气血,祛瘀生新。观察3组患者的CNDS和血肿量的变化,并分析3组的临床疗效。结果:分期中药组的治疗效果较常规组好(P<0.05)。3组治疗后24 d的CNDS较治疗前均降低明显(P<0.01),分期中药组治疗后24 d的CNDS较常规组降低明显(P<0.05);3组治疗后20 d的血肿量较治疗后24 h均减少明显(P<0.01),分期中药组治疗后20 d的血肿量较常规组减少明显(P<0.05)。结论:软通道结合中药分期治疗颅内血肿疗效好,值得在全国中医、中西医范围内开展。

Clinical Observation of the Combination of Soft Tunnel and Traditional Chinese Medicine Staging Treatment in Intracranial Hematoma

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of the combination of soft tunnel hematoma aspiration and traditional Chinese medicine staging treatment in intracranial hematoma.Methods:60 patients treated by soft tunnel hematoma aspiration were divided into the regular group(Group A),Danshen group(Group B)and traditional Chinese medicine staging group(Group C).The patients of three groups were treated by western medical regular treatment.Group B was given Danshen on the basis of Group A.Group C was given the traditional Chinese medicine according to the three different disease stages on the basis of Group A.The changes of the CNDS and the hematoma measurement were observed in the three groups,the clinical effect of three groups was analysed.Results:The treatment effect in Group C was better than that in Group A(P<0.05).The CNDS after the 24 days treatment decreased obviously than that before the treatment in three groups(P<0.01),and the CNDS after the 24 days treatment in Group C decreases more than that in Group A(P<0.05).The hematoma measurement after the 20 days treatment decreased obviously than that after the 24 hours treatment(P<0.01),and the hematoma measurement after the 20 days treatment in Group C decreased more than that in Group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effects of the combination of soft tunnel hematoma aspiration and traditional Chinese medicine staging treatment in intracranial hematoma positive.The combination treatment is worthy of promoting in the area of the whole nation.
