| 摘 要： | 目的:分析目前针灸治疗功能性便秘的临床报道中采用的疗效评价指标。方法:采用计算机检索2002-2012年间针灸治疗功能性便秘的国内外文献,再对文献进行手工剔除,并分析采用的疗效评价指标。结果:共检索到相关文献69篇,纳入57篇,评价指标主要包括临床症状、心理状态和生活质量3个方面。结论:目前针灸治疗功能性便秘的临床症状指标混乱,不全面;忽视心理状态评估;缺乏对生活质量的评价。需要建立临床症状、心理状态、生活质量三者相结合的临床疗效评价体系,以促进针灸治疗功能性便秘的推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:Analysis on the efficacy indexes used in the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for functional constipation was carried on.Methods:The databases for literature on treating functional constipation by acupuncture and moxibustion published between 2002 and 2012 were collected,then were selected and analyzed.Results:A total of 69 relevant articles were retrieved and 57 were included in this review.The efficacy indexes included three aspects: clinical symptoms,mental state and quality of life.Conclusion:Evaluation indexes adopted in the area were confusing and incomplete.Mental state and quality of life were ignored in the researches.Appraisal system of clinical studies should be established in order to promote the application of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating functional constipation. |
