中西医结合治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎临床观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法:将确诊为疱疹性咽峡炎60例患儿按就诊先后顺序随机分成治疗组(口服小儿七珍丸合肌肉注射重组人干扰素α2a注射液)30例和对照组(肌肉注射重组人干扰素α2a注射液)30例,观察其临床有效率、热退时间、疱疹消失时间。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为60.00%,总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组在缩短热退时间、疱疹消失时间方面优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合对小儿疱疹性咽峡炎有较好的临床疗效,安全无明显副作用,值得临床应用推广。

Clinical Observation of Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment for 60 Cases of Children Herpangina

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment for children herpangina.Methods:According to the admission time,60 cases were divided into the treatment group(oral Xiaoer Qizhen pill and intramuscular injecting recombinant human Interferon α2a Injection)with 30 cases and the control group(intramuscular injecting recombinant human Interferon α2a Injection)with other 30 cases for 3 days.The clinical effective rate,time of fever relieving and herpes disappearance were observed.Results:The total effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 93.33% and 60%,there was significant difference between them(P<0.01).The treatment group was better than the control group in shortening time of fever relieving and herpes disappearance.Conclusion:Combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment has good effect on children herpangina.The application is safe and there are no significant side effects,which is worthy of clinical application.
