神经内分泌系统为糖尿病中医病机的研究和现代糖尿病发病机理的桥梁作用

目的:文章将讨论中枢内分泌系统作为其它各个系统的上层统御。方法:中医药治疗糖尿病的机理目前还不清楚。目前关于糖尿病的发病机理,现代医学的最新观点认为造成糖尿病的原因是多器官病理变化的结果,其中涉及到胰腺,脂肪组织,肝脏,胃肠激素,肌肉和神经系统。作者最新的研究使用胰岛素钳夹和神经立体定向技术检测重要成分是否可以激活神经内分泌系统中的神经元。结果:发现一些中药,如黄芪可以直接影响神经细胞的神经电活动,继而通过神经内分泌系统调节这些器官,进而影响糖代谢。结论:对中枢内分泌系统的研究引入,将为糖尿病的中医病机和现代医学理论架起一个相互契合的桥梁。

Neuroendocrine Mechanism of Diabetes Linking Pathogenesis of TCM to Modern Medicine

The mechanism of type 2 diabetes on traditional Chinese herbal therapy is unclear recently.The recent concept of the mechanism for diabetes indicates that it is a multiple-organ disease,which involves pathogenesis of the pancreas,adipose tissue,liver,gastrointestinal hormones,muscle and nervous system.The nervous system plays a key role on symphony of glucose metabolism of other organs,and controls the neuroendocrine system.Our recent studies indicate that some of Chinese herbs(eg.Huangqi)could affect the neuronal activity in the nervous system and modulate glucose metabolism via neuroencrine system.The study of the role of Chinese herbs on the nervous system may provide an interface between the modern diabetic research and traditional Chinese herbal therapy.
