戊型肝炎的研究现状和展望

戊型肝炎是戊型肝炎病毒感染引起的急性病毒性肝炎,随着80年代戊型肝炎病毒的被证实,近20余年来,人们对戊型肝炎的研究更加深入。本文从戊型肝炎病毒的结构、戊型肝炎病毒的基因分型（基因1型,2型,3型及4型,其中基因3型及基因4型为人畜共患）、戊型肝炎的流行病学及诊断治疗、预防等方面对戊型肝炎的研究现状进行阐述并对戊型肝炎未来的研究作出展望。值得一提的是,我国研制的戊型肝炎疫苗的上市为戊型肝炎的防控带来曙光。

Recent perspectives on the pathogenesis of hepatitis E

Hepatitis E（HE）is an inflammatory liver disease caused by infection with the hepatitis E virus（HEV）,and this virus was first documented as infectious agent in 1980s.And then,there were more and more studies on hepatitis E.This article presents a summary about hepatitis E from HEV genome,genotype（There are four genotypes of HEV,but only one serotype.Genotypes 1 and 2 exclusively infect humans,whereas genotypes 3 and 4 can also infect other animals,particularly pigs）,epidemiological investigation,detections and vaccines,treatment.And gives a prospect to the future research on the hepatitis E.Till now,hepatitis E vaccine will be a powerful weapon for the prevention of hepatitis E.
