| 摘 要： | 搜集近12年来针灸治疗肠易激综合征的临床报道59篇，总结归纳其临床针灸治疗方法及取穴规律，结果发现：（1）临床以腹泻型针灸治疗研究居多；（2）取穴遵循：局部取穴为主，重视俞募配穴，存在循经取穴、肝经取穴亦不忽视等原则；且针多取天枢穴，灸多取神阙穴，为肠易激综合征针灸临床取穴方案的规范治疗提供一定的借鉴.

| Abstract: | 59 clinical reports about acupuncture therapy for irritable bowel syndrome were collected in nearly 12 years, summarizing the clinical acupuncture treatment methods and acupoint selection rule. The resuhs showed that： （ 1 ）clinical acupuncture treatment for diarrhea is common; （ 2 ）aeupoint selection law： ｜ocal acupoint selection is the main law, and it should pay attention to Shu points and Mu points. Aenpoint selection is also accordance with the meridians. Tianshu point is commonly used fi~r acupuncture and Shenque point is fin＇ moxibustion. It provides some reference for treating IBS with acupuncture and moxibustion in clinic. |
