中药内服联合康复新改良保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效观察及其成本效果分析

目的:观察中药内服联合康复新改良保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的的临床疗效及安全性,并评价其药物经济学效果。方法:68例溃疡性结肠炎患者采用随机数字表法随机分为两组,观察组给予自拟中药内服加康复新改良保留灌肠治疗,对照组给予口服奥沙拉嗪和美常安胶囊,疗程均为30 d,观察两组疗效和不良反应,运用药物经济学方法分析其成本效果。结果:治疗30 d后,治疗组与对照组总有效率及成本效果比均有显著性差异(P<0.05),不良反应发生率、复发率两组无明显差异。结论:中药内服联合康复新改良保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎有较好的临床疗效,治愈率高、成本效益好,是治疗溃疡性结肠炎的较佳方案。

Clinical Efficacy and Cost-Effectiveness Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Kangfuxin by Improved Retention Enema in Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Kangfuxin by improved retention enema on treating ulcerative colitis and evaluate its economic effects.Methods:68 cases of ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into 2 groups by random number tables,treatment group was given self-made traditional Chinese medicine combined with Kangfuxin by improved retention enema,control group given Olsalazine capsule and Meichangan orally,course of treatment was 30 days,observing effect and adverse reactions,and analyzing the cost effectiveness with economic methods.Results:After treatment for 30 days,there were significant differences(P<0.05) in efficiency and cost effectiveness between two groups,the two groups did not have significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine combined with Kangfuxin by improved retention enema is a better programme of treatment for ulcerative colitis because of high cured rate and cost effectiveness.
