| 摘 要： | 介绍了张宁科学应用中医药治疗慢性肾衰患者的临床经验。根据慢性肾衰的病机特点,临床用药主张补益脾肾,扶正为要;养肝和血,肝肾同治;活血通络,祛湿泄浊;随证灵活加减,收效良好。

| Abstract: | It introduced the experience of professor ZHANG Ning treating chronic kidney failure with TCM therapy.According to the pathogenesis,professor ZHANG advocates the treatment should be to supplement spleen and kidney for strengthening the vital Qi;to nourish liver and harmonize blood;to treat kidney and liver at the same time;to activate blood circulation and dredge collaterals;to eliminate dampness and turbid.The treatment should be adjusted according to the syndrome differentiation. |
