医科大学生必备心理素质的研究

通过对医学生心理健康状况和人格特征的评估 ,依据多年心理素质教育的经验 ,在客观数据和专家讨论意见的支持下 ,提出了医学生应该具有的 10项心理素质 :正确的职业价值观、仁慈的天性即同情与关爱的善良之心、积极的自我概念、敬业与社会责任感、耐挫与坚持力、良好人际交往能力、尊重与平等的信念、敏锐的洞察力、良好的情绪调适能力以及乐观平和富有感染力的人格品质。具体采用心理训练、团体活动小组促进学生的自我成长 ,建立点、线、面三者相结合的心理素质教育体系 ,提高教师素质三项措施促进医科大学生心理素质的完善和提高

The study of medical college students' essential mental qualities

Medical college students' mental health conditions and their personalities have been evaluated. With many years' experience of teaching psychology along with the support of experts and objective data, I would like to put forward that medical college students should possess ten essential mental qualities as follows: correct professional values; compassionate in nature, namely kindhearted and caring; active; conscientious and responsible. They should be tolerant and persistent; good communicators; insightful; emotionally well-adjusted and optimistic; respectful and treat everyone equally; Three approaches to achieving developing the above qualities in students would be first to provide mental health training and group activities, which would help students to develop their emotions in a healthy way. Second to establish a good-quality psychological educational system, and third to improve the teachers' mental qualities. The above measures will help to improve and perfect medical college students' mental qualities.
