| 摘 要： | 目的评价、分析左氧氟沙星的严重不良反应。方法查阅、汇总、分析医药文献所报道的左氧氟沙星的不良反应。结果左氧氟沙星严重不良反应以中枢及外周神经系统损害、皮肤及其附件损害、呼吸系统损害、胃肠系统损害为主,其中过敏反应问题较为典型。结论左氧氟沙星临床使用广泛,应关注其不良反应及临床应用的安全性。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate and analyze the serious adverse reactions of levofloxacin.Method To consult and general analyze levofloxacin adverse reactions which reported on medical literature.Result The serious adverse reactions of levofloxacin were mainly on central and periphreal nervous system skin and appendix respiratory system gastronintestinal system damage.The allergic reaction is more typical.Conclusion The clinical use of levofloxacin is widely.therefore we should pay attention to adverse reactions and clinical application security. |
