以癫痫为首发症状的脑囊虫病43例分析

目的探讨以癫痫为首发症状的脑囊虫病的临床特点及治疗。方法通过对43例以癫痫为首发症状的脑囊虫病患者的回顾性分析,总结其临床特点,免疫水平,影像学及脑电图资料和治疗方法。结果脑囊虫病致癫痫男性患者（72.09%）,女性患者占（27.91%）,发作频率平均每年2～4次,发作类型以全身强直-阵挛发作多见,囊虫免疫反应血ELISA为（67.44%）,脑电图无特异性改变。结论脑囊虫病致癫痫男性多于女性,发作频率不高,发作类型多样,免疫力低下,各种类型的囊虫均可导致癫痫。

Clinical Analysis Of 43 Cases Of Cerebral Cysticercosis With Initial Symptoms Related To Epilepsy

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of cerebral cysticercosis With initial symptoms related to epilepsy and explore its therapy. Methods An Analytical review was made in 43 cases of cerebral cysticercosis With initial symptoms related to epilepsy to evaluate their clinical characteristics, immunity level, EEC Data and our therapeutic methods. Results Among the 43 cases investinated 72.09% were male and 27.91% were female. The average incide nce rate was 2-4 times each year, with the most common type of seizure as general tonoclonic GTC .The positive rates of blood ELISA tests Were 67.44%, No typi cal changes were found in the EEC examinations. Conclusion Epilepsy caused by cerebral cysticercosis happens more in Men than in wonen and low incidence r ate and various types of seizure Immunity level is usually found to be low. All kinds of cerebral cysticercosis can lead to epilepsy .
