应用A型冻干肉毒毒素对称治疗上面部皱纹体会

目的探讨A型肉毒毒素对称注射在面部除皱中的应用。方法采用A型肉毒毒素以面中线为轴对称注射面部皱纹,接受治疗的患者560例,其中注射横纹,鱼尾纹,眉间纹,鼻背纹500例,注射额部横纹及眉间纹60例。结果560例患者面部动力性皱纹完全消失,有效率达100%,出现1例过敏反应,没有出现其他不良反应和并发症。结论A型肉毒毒素对称治疗面部动力性皱纹,操作方法简单、安全有效。

The Treatment For Upper Half-Face Creases Withthe Botulinum Toxin A

Objective Purpose Investigate the applicatign of the treatment for upper half-face creases with the botulinum toxin A. Methods inject the both]inure toxin A in the half-face creases. All 560 patients, inject the transverse striation, the tail striation, the glabella interband and nose striation, 500 patients, inject the frontal region striation and the glabella interband, 60 patients. Results . all 560 patients dynamia creases lost, effective power is 100%, I patient allergic response. Conclusion the treatment for upper half-face creases with the botulinum toxin A,that is a simple safe utility method.
