特殊工娱治疗应用于精神分裂症患者的效果评价

目的探讨特殊工娱治疗对精神分裂症患者的治疗效果。方法选取在我院住院的精神分裂症患者1 350例。将开设特殊工娱治疗前住院的600例患者设为对照组,开设特殊工娱治疗后住院的750例患者设为研究组。使用护士用住院患者观察量表评估特殊工娱治疗1个月后两组患者的差异。结果研究组住院患者观察量表7个因子得分以及总积极因素得分、总消极因素得分、病情总估计与对照组差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论特殊工娱治疗可以提高精神分裂症患者的治疗效果。

The evaluation of therapeutic efficacy of occupational and recreational treatment on schizophrenia patients

Objective To discuss the issue that whether particular occupational and recreational treatment can enhance the therapeutic efficacy. Methods 1 350 schizophrenia inpatients in our hospital were selected as a sample pool,out of which,600 patients who had been staying in hospital before the particular occupational and recreational office treatment formed the control group, and 750 patients who came to hospital after the particular occupational and recreational office treatment constituted the investigation group. The differences between these two groups were assessed using Nurses＇Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation （NOSIE） by nurses after one month. Results One month later,the investigation group was significantly different from the control group in seven fac- tors in NOSIE,total positive score,total passive score,and total pathological condition assessment （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Particular occupational and recreational treatment can enhance the therapeutic efficacy for schizophrenia inpatients.
