摘    要:教学量化评估是提高教学质量的有效措施。从1987年开始采用教学津贴与教学质量挂钩的激励机制,1996年又增加了代表教研室整体教学质量的优秀奖评估。本文对教学优秀奖评估工作从组织领导、专家组遴选、制定评估指标体系,具体方法,效果等作了详细介绍。

Exploring new scheme for quantified estimate of teaching quality of clinical medicine
Abstract:Quantified estimate of teaching is an effective measure for promoting teaching quality. Since 1987, we have adopted an encouragement mechanism, teaching allowance linking up with teaching quality. Beginning from 1996,a collective prize for excellence was offered to those departments or sections whose teaching quality was good as a whole. This paper introduces detailedly the process of decision on awards in respect to the organization,selection of experts, formulation of estimate indices, operation process and effect,etc.
