多层螺旋CT对鼻骨骨折分型的临床研究

目的：探讨多层螺旋CT（MSCT）对鼻骨骨折分型的临床价值。方法：39例鼻外伤患者经MSCT图像拆薄、二维和三维重建诊断为鼻骨骨折。然后根据直接骨折征象（D）、间接骨折征象（1）和有无伴发邻近骨骨折（C）进行分型和计数。结果：D型：无直接骨折征象3例（7．7％），线形骨折22例（56．4％），粉碎性骨折14例（35．9％）；Ⅰ型：无移位12例（30．8％），偏、移10例（25．6％）．塌陷15例（38．4％），既偏移又塌陷2例（5．1％）；C型：无伴发邻近骨骨折14例（35．9％），伴发邻近骨骨折的25例（64．1％）。结论：通过DIC分型，MSCT能够准确描述鼻骨骨折的复杂情况。

Clinical study of multi-slice spiral CT for the typing of nasal bone fracture

Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT for the typing of nasal bone fracture.Methods: Thirty-nine cases with nasal trauma were diagnosed as nasal bone fracture by post-procession of thin-slice recombination,two and three-dimensional reconstruction.Then these cases were typed and counted according to their direct signs of fracture(D),indirect signs of fracture(I) and whether there was complicated fracture(C).Results: Negative finding with 3 cases(7.7%),linear fracture with 22 cases(56.4%),and comminuted fracture with 14 cases(35.9%)were included in type D;In type Ⅰ,12 cases(30.8%)were nasal bone fracture without displacement,10 cases(25.6%)were nasal bone fracture complicated by deviation,and 15 cases(38.4%)were nasal bone fracture complicated by depression,2 cases(5.1%)were nasal bone fracture complicated by both deviation and depression.Positive diagnosis of complicated nasal bone fracture were 14 cases(35.9%)fracture,and negative diagnosis were 25 cases(64.1%).Conclusion: Conditions of nasal bone fracture can be described exactly by MSCT with DIC typing.
