游泳与同步感觉刺激对婴儿生长发育影响的对比研究

目的:探讨游泳与同步感觉刺激对婴儿生长发育的影响。方法:对48名新生儿进行游泳训练和同步感觉刺激并设对照组,记录两组儿童3个月、6个月时的身长、体重均值及发育指标。每3个月进行1次Gesell发育指标评定和婴幼儿智能发育量表测试。结果:两组婴儿体重、身长发育均值比较,差异显著P<0.01。各能区发育以大运动、精细运动、个人交往能区发育商差异显著,P<0.01。智力发育商数(MD I)和运动发育商数(PD I)比较,差异显著P<0.01。

The contrast research of effect of swmming therapy and co-sensation incentment on infant's growth and delvepment

Objective:To survey the influence on the infants' growth and delvepment in the swimming therapy and co-sensation incentment.Methods:48 neonatal received swimming training and synchronous feeling stimulation and established the matched control.Height,body weight and growth indexes 3 months,6 months were measured by Gesell development and intelligence development index every three months.Results:There were significant differences in all infant's weight and height(P<0.01).There were significant differences in big activity sport,fine sport,individual communication area(P<0.01).There were significant differences intelligence development quotient(MDI)and the movement development quotient(PDI)(P<0.01).Conclusion:The swimming therapy and co-sensation incentment can promote the function to the infant's growth and development.
