| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨结肠癌发病和胆囊切除、胆囊结石有无相关性。方法 收集近15年来结肠癌组386例与同期非结肠癌组401例进行对照研究。结果 结肠癌组胆囊切除、胆囊结石发病与对照组相比显著升高，其结果具有统计学意义。结论 胆囊切除、胆囊结石很可能是增加结肠癌发病率的重要危险因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correlation between cholecystectomy ,cholecystolithiasis and colonic cancer＇ s morbidity . Methods A retrospective review and comparative study were made to a study group of 386 colon cancer cases and control group of 401 none colon cancer cases of the same period of time. Results The cholecystectomy and cholecystolithiasis prevalence rate in colonic cancer group were significantly higher than that in control group, the difference has statistical significance. Conclusions Cholecystectomy and cholecystolithiasis is likely an important risk factor of colonic cancer＇s morbidity. |
