高压氧序贯疗法综合治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病

摘    要:目的比较高压氧序贯疗法与高压氧单程疗法治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的疗效.方法分别对序贯疗法(高压氧 药物3~6疗程)35例、单程疗法(高压氧 药物单疗程治疗)27例、药物疗法22例HIE患儿进行治疗,在3、6和12个月龄时以中国婴儿智力发育测验量表行智能和运动发育评估并比较.结果序贯治疗组治疗显效率94.3%,明显优于单疗程组的74.1%及药物治疗组的63.6%.结论高压氧加药物序贯治疗HIE,比单程治疗或单纯药物治疗可取得更为显著的疗效.

Abstract:Objective To compare the efficacy of comprehensive sequential hyperbaric oxygen therapy and single course hyperbaric oxygen therapy on neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods Neonates with HIE were treated by comprehensive sequential hyperbaric oxygen therapy (hyperbaric oxygen drugs for 3 6 courses) in 35 cases, single course hyperbaric oxygen therapy (hyperbaric oxygen drugs for only one course) in 27 cases, and mere drug therapy in 22 cases, respectively. Development of intelligence and motion was tested and compared with Children Developmental Center of China in 3, 6 and 12 months old. Results A significant efficacy of as high as 94.3% was achieved in comprehensive sequential hyperbaric oxygen therapy group, markedly superior to either single course hyperbaric oxygen therapy group (74.1%) or mere drug therapy group (63.6%). Conclusion Comprehensive sequential hyperbaric oxygen therapy on HIE is more effective than single course hyperbaric oxygen therapy or mere drug therapy.
