| 摘 要： | 目的:比较泽泻水提物、醇提物对高脂饮食小白鼠的降脂作用。方法:利用正交试验选择泽泻水提、醇提的最佳方案,通过药理实验方法,以实验动物小白鼠的体重、肝重、血脂指标、Lee氏指数为测定指标,比较泽泻水提物、醇提物对高脂饮食小白鼠的降脂作用。结论:泽泻水提物、醇提物对肥胖小白鼠均有一定降血脂作用,且两者的作用无显著性差异(P>0.05)。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the different effects of water and alcohol extracts of Alisma orientalis on the decreace of the hyperlipidemia of fat mice.Methods: To choose the best extraction condition of the water and alcohol extracts of Alisma using orthogonal design;to compare the effects between water and alcohol extracts of Alisma orientalis on body weight,liver weight,the concentration of TG,CHO,HDL-C and Lee′index on fat mice.Conclution: Tthe water and alcohol extracts of Alisma orientalis have some effect on Lipid Metabolism of fat mice and there is no significant difference between them. |
