肝气郁结证证候量表的初步研究

目的初步编制中医肝气郁结证证候量表。方法通过对80例肝气郁结证受试者的测量(男性24例,女性56例),经相关系数法、Chronbach'sα系数法筛选出条目,男性肝气郁结证证候量表10项条目,女性肝气郁结证证候量表14项条目。结果各条目采用主成分因子分析法分析:男性肝气郁结证证候量表可提取2个因子,量表和因子的重测信度系数为0.749～0.814;Spearman-Brown分半信度为0.790～0.866;Chronbach'sα信度为0.806～0.848。女性量表可提取3个因子,量表和因子的重测信度系数为0.848～0.935;Spearman-Brown分半信度为0.683～0.934;Chronbach'sα信度为0.759～0.877。结论肝气郁结证证候量表具有良好的效度和信度,为肝气郁结证的研究提供了一个标准化的工具和方法。

Study on Syndrome Scale for Liver-qi Stagnation Syndrome

Objective To develop a syndrome scale for Liver-qi stagnation syndrome.Methods The 80 patients with Liver-qi stagnation syndrome including 24 male and 56 female were measured with the methods of correlation coefficient and Chronbach's alpha to choice items,in which there were 10 items for male and 14 items for female in the scale.Results With the methods of principal components factor analysis,the scale for male of Liver-qi stagnation syndrome could reflect 2 factors.The test-retest reliability of the scale and factors were ranged from 0.749 to 0.814,the split-half reliability 0.790 to 0.866 and the Chronbach's alpha coefficient 0.806 to 0.848;the scale for female could reflect 3 factors,the test-retest reliability of the scale and factors from 0.848 to 0.935,the split-half reliability were 0.683 to 0.934 and the Chronbach's alpha coefficient 0.759 to 0.877.Conclusion The syndrome scale for Liver-qi stagnation syndrome has satisfactory validity and reliability which can supply a standard scale for the clinical research of Liver-qi stagnation syndrome.
