| 摘 要： | 目的 观察经阴道超声（TVS）引导穿刺治疗盆腔子宫内膜异位囊肿的近，远期疗效，方法，对50例53个贫腔子宫内膜异位囊肿行TVS引导穿刺硬化治疗，并随访5－7年。结果 治愈35个，显效11个，好转3个，无效4个，治愈率为66．0％，总有效率达92．5％，结论 TVS引导穿刺硬化治疗子宫内膜异位囊肿不仅近期疗效肯定，远期效果也十分理想。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate short-term and long-term effects of puncture and sclerotherapy introducted by transvaginal ultrasonography (TVS) in patients with pelvic endometriotic cysts.Methods A total of 50 cases with 53 pelvic endometriotic cysts were treated by puncture and sclerotherapy under TVS guiding and followed up within 5～7 years.Results The patients outcomes showed good recovery 35 in cases,obvious effects 11 in cases ,seight effects 3 in cases and no effects 4 in cases.The cure rate was 66.0% and the total curative rate was 92.5%.Conclusions The method proved a significant effect not only in short-term but also in long-term. |
