温病初起治疗用药之探讨

对温病初起的治疗用药从传统用药、应用苦寒药及清热解毒药配伍辛凉解表药、辛温解表药等几方面进行了初步探讨。认为温病初起除可应用辛凉解表药以外 ,还可应用辛温解表等温性药物 ,尤其是辛温解表药与清热解毒药配伍治疗温病高热不退经临床验证有较好的效果

The treatment rules of acute febrile diseases at the initial stage were discussed from the traditional applied drugs,the applying with bitter cold drugs and clearing away heat toxin drugs combined with relieving the exterior syndrome with drugs of pungent in flavor and cool in nature and relieving the exterior syndrome with drugs of pungent in flavor and warm in nature.It was also pointed out that relieving the exterior syndrome with drugs of pungent in flavor and cool in nature could combine with relieving the exterior syndrome with drugs of pungent in flavor and warm in nature of acute febrile diseases at the initial stage.Meanwhile,relieving the exterior syndrome with drugs of pungent in flavor and warm in nature combined with clearing away heat toxin drugs had better effect in treating high fever.
