| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨影像检查在肠系膜静脉血栓形成诊断中的应用方法和作用。方法 回顾1990～2003年收治10例病人的临床诊治过程，分析影像检查在该病诊断中的作用和特点。结果 拟诊“不全性肠梗阻”的腹部X线平片中有部分可见特征性的“僵袢征”。术前B超检查无一例确诊，但在追踪检查时可以发现血栓。CT检查均见特征性肠壁增厚。结论 影像检查对于肠系膜静脉血栓形成的临床诊断有着十分重要的作用，应根据具体病情给予适时合理的应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the application and value of imaging examinat ion to the diagnosis of mesenteric venous thrombosis(MVT).Methods T he data of 10 ca ses of MVT treated from 1990 to 2003 were studied to analyze the effect and char acteristic of imaging examination in diagnosing MVT. Results The ch aracteristic deadlocked bowel sign was seen in part abdominal X-ray picture in those with partial ileus. Ultrasound examination missed the diagnosis in all the cases befo re operation, but it detected thrombus in tracing examination. CT revealed chara cteristic thickened bowel wall with high diagnosis rate. Conclusion Imaging exam ination is significant for the diagnosis of MVT, which should be reasonably appl ied according to the state of illness. |
