Uu及其亚群、Mg感染与BV的相关性研究

目的:探讨细菌性阴道病(BV)与解脲支原体(Uu)及其parvo生物群和T960生物群、生殖支原体(Mg)的相关性。方法:随机采集2008年7月至12月在天津医科大学总医院妇科门诊就诊以Nugent法确诊的44例BV患者(BV组)和88例正常体检人群(对照组)的阴道盥洗液,应用real-time PCR法分别对Uu、parvo、T960和Mg进行DNA定量测定。结果:BV组和对照组的Uu检出率分别为65.9%和50%(P=0.060),其中parvo生物群检出率分别为47.7%和43.2%(P=0.378)。BV组的T960生物群检出率(22.7%)显著高于对照组(9.1%)(P=0.032)。两组的Mg检出率均为4.5%(P=1.000)。结论:(1)总体检测Uu可能与BV无相关性,但Uu的不同分群与BV相关性不同,Uu的parvo生物群可能是下生殖道的定植菌群,与BV发病无相关性;Uu的T960生物群与BV的发病存在相关性,可能参与BV的致病。对BV复发者应注意合并Uu的T960亚群感染的可能;(2)Mg感染可能与BV发病无相关性。

Investigating the correlation between Bacterial vaginosis and Ureaplasma urealyticum and its subtype,Mycoplasma genitalium infection

Objective: To investigate the correlation between bacterial vaginosis( BV)and ureaplasma urealyticum( Uu)( parvo biotar and T960 biota),mycoplasma genitalium( Mg). Methods: We collected the vaginal douches from 44 patients with BV( Nugent Scoring method) and 88 normal women as control group in General Hospital of Tianjin Medical University. Real-time PCR was applied to do quantitative determination of DNA of Uu,parvo,T960 and Mg. Results: The detection rate of Uu in BV group and control group were 65. 9% vs50%,there was no significant difference( P = 0. 060). The detection rate of parvo and T960 in both group were 47. 7% vs 43. 2%( P = 0. 378),22. 7% vs 9. 1%( P = 0. 032) respectively,only T960 had significant difference between BV group and control group. The detection rate of Mg was 4. 5% in both group,there was no difference. Conclusion:( 1) Overall detection of Uu has no correction with BV,but different biota of Uu has different role in BV,parvo biota of Uu has no correlation with BV,may be the colonization flora of lower gential tract. T960 biota has some connection with BV,may be the pathogenic biota of BV,when cure recurrent BV,co-infected with T960 of Uu should be paied more attention.( 2) There is maybe no correlation between Mg and BV.
