晚期胎膜早破与难产相关性的探讨

目的:探讨胎膜早破与难产发生率升高的相关性。方法:分析102例(研究组)胎膜早破孕妇与难产的关系,随机抽取同期无胎膜早破的健康孕妇102例作对照。结果:观察组102例胎膜早破孕妇发生难产39例,发生率38.23%,对照组102例孕妇中难产20例,难产发生率19.61%。结论:胎膜早破与难产有一定的因果关系,对胎膜早破者应积极处理,以减少母婴并发症的发生。

Investigation of correlation between premature rupture of membranes and dystocia

Objective To investigate the increased incidence of premature rupture of membranes and dystocia correlation.Method Analysed 102 cases of correlation between premature rupture of membranes and dystocia.102 cases of healthy pregnant women without premature rupture of membranes in the same period were randomly selected as control.Results The 102 cases of women who were premature rupture of membranes had dystocia in 39 cases,and the incidence was 38.23%.In the control group,the women had dystocia in 20 cases,and the incidence was 19.61%.Conclusion Premature rupture of membranes and dystocia have a causal relationship,premature rupture of membranes should be actively conducted in order to reduce the incidence of complications of mother and child.
