辅助化疗结合手术治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

目的 探讨手术结合辅助化学治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效.方法 选择明光市人民医院2008年3月至2009年11月收治的非小细胞肺癌患者109例,随机分为2组,对照组患者(55例)接受单纯手术治疗,观察组(54例)在确诊后接受2个周期的新辅助化疗,而后行手术治疗.观察并比较2组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、并发症、以及生存率情况.结果 观察组患者化疗有效率为69.1％,且术中出血量和术后引流量显著低于对照组(P＜0.05),2组并发症发生率无统计学意义(P＞0.05),但观察组3a期生存率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 新辅助化疗安全有效,可显著提高非小细胞肺癌患者手术后生存率.

Clinical Observation of Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy and Operation for Patients with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and operation on patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 109 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were divided into two groups randomly,55 patients in control group were given surgery only,54 patients in observation group were given surgery after two-cycle chemotherapy.The operation time,blood loss,postoperative drainage,complications and survival rate were compared between two groups.Results The total chemotherapy efficiency of observation group was 69.1%,the blood loss and postoperative drainage were significantly lower than that of control group(P< 0.05),and there was no difference in complications(P>0.05),however,the 3 year-survival rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with operation can improve the quality of life and survival time in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.
