| 摘 要： | 目的 为探讨护理干预对提高结核病患者从医行为的影响.方法 将2004年1月-2005年4月收入内二科432例结核病患者按住院顺序随机分为实验组和对照组各216例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组除常规护理外,对患者实施全程健康教育护理干预.结果通过全程健康教育护理干预,实验组较对照组结核病患者的从医行为经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 对结核病患者实施护理干预可提高结核病患者的从医行为.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the influence of nursing intervention on the medical compliance of patients with tuberculosis.Methods We divided 432 patients with tuberculosis into test group and control group according to the in-hospital date in our internal medicine department from January in 2004 to April in 2005.The control group received routine nursing intervention while the test group got full health education during the routine nursing intervention.Results The medical compliance of patients was superior to that of the control group after full health education during the routine nursing intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion We could improve the medical compliance of patients by giving full health education during the routine nursing intervention. |
