| 摘 要： | 目的:通过观察子痫前期患者胎盘组织血小板源性生长因子-A(PDGF-A)和纤维母细胞生长因子-1(FGF-1)的表达,探讨子痫前期发病机制。方法:采用免疫组化法分别测定39例子痫前期患者及20例正常晚孕妇女胎盘PDGF-A与FGF-1表达强度。结果:重度子痫前期组PDGF-A与FGF-1表达强度较正常晚孕组、轻度子痫前期组均明显升高(P<0.05),各组PDGF-A与FGF-1表达强度呈显著正相关。结论:PDGF-A与FGF-1由胎盘产生,并参与了妊娠期高血压疾病的病理生理过程。

Analysis on the expression levels of PDGF-A and FGF-1 in placenta of patients with preeclampsia and their correlation |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the expression levels of platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF-A) and fibroblast growth factor-1(FGF-1) in placenta of patients with preeclampsia,explore pathogenesis of preeclampsia.Methods:The expression levels of PDGF-A and FGF-1 in placentas of 39 patients with preeclampsia and 20 healthy late pregnant women were detected by immunohistochemistry method.Results:The expression levels of PDGF-A and FGF-1 in severe preeclampsia group were significantly higher than those in late pregnant group and mild preeclampsia(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between PDGF-A and FGF-1 expression in placenta in each group.Conclusion:PDGF-A and FGF-1 are produced by placenta,which may participate in the pathogenesis of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. |
