2012年江津区居民主要死因顺位分析

目的分析2012年江津区居民死亡原因及顺位，为制定预防保健措施提供科学依据。方法死因分类依据国际疾病分类ICD-10进行疾病分类，用死因统计软件DeathReg2005进行统计分析。结果①全区2012年死亡率为664．72／10万。其中，男性死亡率835．13／10万；女性死亡率为488．06／10万，男女比为1．71：1。②依据ICD-10-位码分类，2012年江津区死因顺位前五位主要死因依次为：循环系统疾病（死亡率220．74／10万）、呼吸系统疾病（133．72／10万）、肿瘤（131．29／10万）、损伤和中毒外部原因（55．14／10万）和内分泌、营养和代谢的其他疾病（41．84／10万），占总死亡人数的87．67％。结论江津区居民的死亡以慢性疾病为主，慢性非传染性疾病病成为威胁江津区居民的主要疾病。慢性病的预防和干预是今后工作的重点。

Sequential analysis on main death causes of residents in Jiangjin District in 2012

Objective To analyze she causes of death and the cis txxsition among residents of Jiang~in District in 2012, and pro- vide a scientific basis for developing prevention and healtheare measures. Methods We classified the diseases by using soft- ware ICD 10 according to international claasification of diseases, and the causes of death statistics DeathReg2005 was used for statistical analysis. Results The mortality rate in Jiangjin District in 2012 was 664.72/100,000, with the male mortality of 835.13/100,000 and the female mortality of 488.06/100,000. The ratio of male to female was 1.71 ： 1. According to ICD 10 code classification, the top 5 leading causes of death in Jiangjin District in 2012 were as follows： circulatory system disease （mor- tality rate of 220.74/100,000）, respiratory diseases （ 133.72/100,000）, tumor （ 131.29/100,000）, the external causes of injury and poisoning （55.14/100,000）, and endocrine, nutritional and metabolic diseases （41.84/100,000）, accounting for 87.67% of the total death toll. Conclusions The deaths of residents in Jian~in District are mainly caused by chronic diseases, moreover, chronic non - communicable diseases become the main diseases among them. Prevention and intervention of chronic diseases are the focus of future work.
